Join John Copeland, Director of Cultural Tourism, at the Greater Miami Conventions and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), for a conversation about how cultural organizations and artists are adapting during the time of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and how the arts can continue to contribute to Miami-Dade County’s tourism and branding initiatives.
On November 10, 2020, Miami-Dade County responded to the City of Miami’s court filing regarding the County’s appeal to the Third District Court of Appeal. You can see the County’s response here.

Dear Cultural Colleagues:
The Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) continues to monitor the forecast track of Tropical Storm Eta. At this time, the Emergency Operations Center is activated at Level 2. A Hurricane Watch and Tropical Storm warning are in effect for Miami-Dade County. We are preparing for possible severe weather conditions to begin as early as today, Sunday, November 8th at 4 p.m.
It is important to review your storm and hurricane preparedness plan and be sure to take the necessary precautions now.
On October 26, 2020, the City of Miami responded to the County’s appeal to the Third District Court of Appeal. You can see the County’s appeal here and the City’s response here.
