• REMINDER – All Cultural Affairs Council members are required to complete Source of Income Statement Form and as necessary, Gift Disclosure Form. These forms were due no later than noon on July 1, 2020 and are to be submitted to the Miami-Dade Elections Department (or we will submit them on your behalf, if you provide us with the completed forms). Please be sure to retain a copy for your records.

• Meeting Access: Individuals interested in joining the online meeting should contact Sue Camp, at scamp@miamidade.gov at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to request Zoom meeting registration information. The next meeting of the Cultural Affairs Council is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 12 Noon.
