We need your help! This is a reminder that your participation in this monthly survey is crucial in documenting the financial impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on Miami-Dade County’s cultural community. Your continued participation and response to the June survey will help substantiate the need for recovery resources for Miami-Dade based nonprofit cultural institutions and arts organizations.

Questions? To complete the June survey, you will need your organization's completed  CO-FIT Tracker for the month of June (include only information from June 1 – 30th) and a list of COVID-19 recovery support opportunities that you have applied for/received. Please refer to the  Frequently Asked Questions  or contact your grants program administrator directly with questions. You can find a  staff directory here.
