Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.  Three years of professional experience in event management, volunteer management, hospitality, guest services, theater, art, performing arts/entertainment, or cultural environments is required.   Experience with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.

Recruitment Notes
This is a seasonal position commencing Monday June 10, 2024 through Friday August 9, 2024. This position reports to the Administration and Management Division of the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center (AHCAC). Incumbents in this position will manage classrooms and work with students of ages 5-17 to provide instructional support in an art discipline; aid in administrative operations; assist in a variety of productions, rentals, and exhibitions; and maintain a safe, secure, and creative environment in order to enhance patron, client, audience, and student experiences.
