THE DEPARTMENT PROMOTES THE WORK OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY’S CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS AND ARTISTS TO RESIDENTS AND VISITORS.
The Department of Cultural Affairs, together with the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, produces a dynamic calendar of cultural events available online 24/7 (www.miamiandbeaches.com/events), and printed tri-annually with a distribution 250,000 copies annually. Miami-Dade County is investing more than $1 billion county-wide in building and improving cultural facilities.
