• Reminder – All Cultural Affairs Council members are required to complete Source of Income Statement Form and as necessary, Gift Disclosure Form. These forms are due no later than noon on July 1, 2023 and are to be submitted to the Miami-Dade Elections Department (or we will submit them on your behalf, if you provide us with the completed forms). Please be sure to retain a copy for your records.

• Meeting Access: Individuals interested in joining the online meeting should contact Graham.Winick@miamidade.gov at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to request Zoom meeting registration information. The next meeting of the Cultural Affairs Council is on June 21, 2023.  The location is TBD.
