Join the Arts and Business Council of Miami and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs for the Serving the Arts Awards on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 9:30 AM to Noon, at the Miami-Dade Auditorium, 2901 West Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33135. The event brings together arts patrons, elected officials, business leaders, and arts enthusiasts for an inspiring morning dedicated to celebrating the cultural community and to recognize and honor those who play a vital role in sustaining a lively and flourishing arts community. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR MIAMI ARTS GROUPS AND EMERGING LEADERS
The Department of Cultural Affairs is offering limited number of full scholarships to attend the 2024 Serving the Arts Awards to select grant program recipients: Cultural Advancement (ADV); Cultural Development (CDG); Developing Arts in Neighborhoods (DAN); Festivals and Special Events (FEST); HCJ Cultural Grants (HCJ); and Youth Arts Miami (YAM). Miami Emerging Arts Leaders are also eligible to apply for a scholarship. Complete the form below to apply for a scholarship.
Eligibility Criteria for Miami Emerging Arts Leaders:
Miami Emerging Arts Leaders (MEAL) is a network of Miami-Dade County based young and/or new arts administrators generally under 35 and/or with less than 5 years of experience in arts management. MEAL members are eligible to apply for a scholarship but must be subscribed to the mailing list in order to qualify.
