Mrs. Campbell joined the department in 2002 working as a receptionist in the Cultural Resource Center Art Gallery. She received her Associate in Arts and Bachelors in Science Degrees from Florida National University, graduating with Cum Laude Honors. In 2012 she became the Cultural Projects Officer for the Tourist Development Council Grants Program (TDC).

The TDC is a quarterly based program that provides funding for a large and growing volume of cultural, special events, sporting and film/television grant applications from non-profit and for-profit organizations. Working closely with the administrator of the Tourist Development Council grants program to help manage the tourism-oriented cultural and special events organizations as they navigate the Department’s online grants system and to process applications, grant agreements, and final reports.
