Tania Centeno joined the Department of Cultural Affairs in 2018 and is part of the financial team and business unit. She began her career with Miami-Dade County in 2015 with the finance department and worked in the Accounts Payable unit.

Ms. Centeno is a graduate of Florida International University, where she received Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Criminal Justice.
She is also a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where she received a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting.
She assists the business unit with the implementation and management of the Department’s $30 million annual operating budget.
